Q. What is the shipping time?
A. Items are made to order and shipped USPS Priority Mail to US addresses. International shipping to Mexico and Canada will use a similar priority rate. Shipping costs are included in the price of the item. Please allow 1-4 weeks for delivery.
Q. Is this genuine leather?
A. All of the leather used is genuine, high quality leather produced in Italy, Mexico or the US. The best pieces are hand-selected to create each item and is guaranteed to last for a lifetime. Leather will soften and age nicely with time and should require minimal maintenance. Occasional leather conditioning can be applied when necessary.
Q. How are the items made?
A. Each item is cut, stitched and finished by hand. No sewing machines are used which results in a high quality leather piece that will last forever.
Q. Do you make custom orders?
A. Yes! Although there is a limited release of a collection of items, custom orders are also accepted. You can select different styles, leather colors, and hardware. Use the Contact Form to send a message for details.
Q. Who is behind the brand?
A. The maker behind the brand is Heather Rene', who has been making leather goods since 2018. She is self-taught and has refined her craft since beginning with custom leather sandals and small accessories. As she honed her craft, she moved into larger and more complex pieces such as handbags and furnishings. She continues to learn more skills within leatherwork from others in the creative space, and pulls in inspiration from travel, culture, and art.
